Associationist Psychology

Associationist Psychology is the study of the principles of sensation and perception, that is, how we form knowledge according to the integration of our senses. Two of those principles are similarity and contrast.

Associationist Psychology trace its roots from John Locke, his idea on tabula rasa, and his emphasis on experiential knowledge.
